Asset dock

You don't have to build animations inside the website. Make them in After Effects or Blender, then drop the files here. The dock previews them and tells you if they're ready for the web, and how to fix them if not. Nothing is uploaded; it all stays on your computer.

Export settings

After Effects → background video

Composition → Add to Adobe Media Encoder Queue.
Format H.264, preset “Match Source – High bitrate”.
Width 1920 (or 1280 for small loops), same fps as the comp.
Bitrate: VBR 1 pass, target 4–6 Mbps. Untick Export Audio.
Make the last frame match the first so the loop is seamless.

After Effects → Lottie

Install the free LottieFiles (or Bodymovin) extension.
Use shape layers and text. Avoid blurs, glows, particles, 3D layers.
Pre-compose, keep it under ~10 s, 24–30 fps.
Export .json (or .lottie). Under 300 KB is great.

Blender → 3D model (GLB)

Apply scale and rotation (Ctrl+A), origin at the bottom centre.
File → Export → glTF 2.0, Format glTF Binary (.glb).
Include: Selected objects. Mesh: Apply modifiers.
Turn on Compression (Draco). Images: WebP or JPEG.
Aim for under 5 MB and ~100k triangles.

Blender → video loop

Output: FFmpeg Video, container MPEG-4, codec H.264.
1920×1080 (or 1080×1920 for reels), 24 or 30 fps.
Quality: Medium or High, Encoding speed: Good.
Audio: none. Render, then drop the MP4 here.

Blender → scroll sequence

Animate the turn over 60–120 frames.
Output: PNG (or JPEG) image sequence, 1600 px wide.
Drop a few frames here to check size; convert them to WEBP.
Ask Claude to “scrub this sequence on scroll”.
